O que me fez procurar este show é a participação de Barry Gibb - responsável direto pelo albúm "Guilty", lançado em 1980. Barbra Streisand  pediu, e Barry para compor canções para ela. O álbum tornou-se o mais vendido de Barbra até hoje, o único que tenho dela. Neste dvd a dupla aparece em dueto cantando "Guilty" e "What Kind of Fool".

KANSAS "SAIL ON - THE 30th ANNIVERSARY COLLECTION, 1974-2004" - Kansas é uma banda de rock norte-americana dos anos 1970 especializada no estilo progressivo. Dave Hope (baixo), Phil Ehart (bateria), Robby Steinhardt (violino), Steve Walsh (teclado e vocal) e Rich Williams (guitarra) formaram a banda White Clover em sua cidade natal de Topeka, Kansas. Depois da entrada de Kerry Livgren (teclado e guitarra) o nome da banda foi mudado para Kansas.

Formado inicialmente por Steve Walsh (Teclados e vocal), Robby Steinhardt (Violino), Kerry Livgren (Guitarras), Billy Greer (Baixo) e Phil Ehart (bateria) eles gravaram grandes álbuns nos anos 1970. O primeiro chama- se Kansas apenas e foi o trampolim para o êxito dos que viriam depois: "Song for América", "Masque", "Point of Know return"e "Letoverture", esses dois últimos ganharam vários prêmios. A banda se destacou ao emplacar clássicos do rock progressivo como "Carry on Wayward Son", hoje, sucesso na abertura do seriado norte-americano Supernatural, "Song for America" e "The Wall"... desta época também surgiu o maior sucesso do Kansas, a balada "Dust in the Wind". Como o sucesso traz junto a discórdia, os integrantes começaram a se desentender no que resultou na saída de Robby Steinhardt e Kerry Livgren. Este dvd mostra a banda em aparições na televisão, como no Rock Concert de Don Kirshner, em 1974 e 1975, bem como vídeos promocionais primeiros e performances ao vivo.

KANSAS "LIVE CONFESSIONS, 1982" - Devido a diferenças criativas sobre o sentido lírico das músicas, Steve Walsh - teclados, sintetizadores, percussão, vocais - deixou a banda em 1981 para formar uma nova banda. Ele foi substituido pelo vocalista / tecladista John Elefante que, desconhecido para Kerry Livgren (guitarras, teclados, sintetizadores, vocais) e Dave Esperança (baixo, vocais) foi escolhido entre mais de 200 candidatos, dentre eles Sammy Hagar. John Elefante passou pela banda entre 1982 e 1985 com três álbuns, dentre eles o álbum "Vinyl Confessions" que trazia a música "play the game tonight"  co-escrita por John que chegou ao top 20 da billboard e passou a ser o terceiro single mais bem sucedido da banda, superado apenas por "Carry on Wayward Son" e "Dust in the Wind".
